So, this is what Christmas looks like in Glendale Arizona! I think the high today was 60 degrees and we're all cold, got the heat on, baking an apple crisp in the oven and I'm watching Lifetime! Can't wait to see my family tomorrow. We are doing something very different this year and going to an Italian restaurant for dinner instead of working our bodies to the bone preparing and cleaning up the dinner. I'm excited. This way we get to enjoy each other uninterrupted.

Living alone is difficult at this time of year but I have to remember I am never alone. Christ is always with me. Thank you Lord for giving us your son. Happy Birthday Jesus.
